October 31, 2008Panic At The Disco Release Video for "Northern Downpour"
Happy Halloween, people! Seeing as we're totally going to go trick-or-treating tonight dressed as Ryan Ross, we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate the day than to debut the video for "Northern Downpour," off Panic At The Disco's sophomore album Pretty. Odd. Eye candy inside.

October 30, 2008Sh*t Hit The Fans at Last Date of Against Me! Tour
More like security guards hit the fans, according to PanasonicYouth's account of what went down at the Against Me! show at The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 28. Apparently, during the band's encore rendition of “We Laugh At Danger (And Break All The Rules)" off the band's 2002 album Reinventing Axl Rose, scuffles with security guards resulted in a near-riot. Are you cruising for a bruising?

Buzznet Exclusive: Brody Dalle Debuts New Band Spinnerette in L.A.
It's been more than two years since we've heard a musical peep out of former Distillers frontwoman Brode Dalle—and we've cried ourselves to sleep nearly every night. (No, seriously. That band changed our life!) Thankfully, though, Dalle got a babysitter last night—for daughter Camille, whom she had in January 2006 with husband Josh Homme (Queens Of The Stone Age, Eagles Of Death Metal)—and took the stage at L.A.'s Spaceland to debut music from her new band Spinnerette. We were lucky enough to check 'em out. Click here for deets!

Michael Myers Takes a Stab at Buzznet
And you thought interns just fetched coffee, brought you lunch and changed the oil in your car. (Okay, that last one is not a requirement, but it does show the higher-ups you've got gumption!) See what happened at the Buzznet offices when Halloween's favorite masked maniac Michael Myers lent a hand—and a knife—at our offices last year. Wanna take a stab?

October 27, 2008The Killers Release 2009 Tourdates
Sure, the new Killers song "Human" kind of sounds like a Madonna jam, but we're totally into it! That said, in addition to counting the days until their new album Day & Age comes out Nov. 25, we're also marking our calendar's because the Las Vegas quartet has released some new tourdates for the New Year. See what all the Hot Fuss is about.

Ex-Shiny Toy Guns Frontwoman Starts New Band
We love Shiny Toy Guns as much as the next person but we were totally bummed when we found out that frontwoman Carah Faye Charnow was replaced by Sisely Treasure, some chick from that awful—and, thankfully, short-lived—CW reality show "The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For The Next Doll." However, all is not lost at le disko because Charnow is back with a new band. Click here for more.

October 22, 2008Keyboardist for The All-American Rejects in Car Crash
Geez... What is it with these crazy drivers who keep hitting members of our beloved bands? The latest victim is longtime keyboardist for The All-American Rejects, Kevin "Toad" Salnier, who was in a car accident yesterday, along with the band's drum tech Paris Lahr. Luckily, both parties are okay—save for a couple broken ribs, whiplash and a broken wrist. More information here.
